Payment: Village Sculpture accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as Paypal, Amazon Checkout. We also accept bank wires. Payments must first clear before sculptures are shipped.

Returns: Village Sculpture will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange, or credit. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Village Sculpture, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Village Sculpture does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. A 10% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Village Sculpture or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Village Sculpture, Non Nuoc, Marble village,Danang city,Vietnam. Please contact us at (84)763-835578 or stonesculpturevillage@gmail.com  before returning the statue.  Only after the return is received and the statue is in good condition will the refund be issued.  For all statues being returned by freight the customer is responsible for the recrating of the sculpture.  The same rules apply to crated returns; if the customer simply does not like the statue or if for some reason the customer cannot move the statue then the customer must pay the shipping to and the return fees.  If there is something wrong with the sculpture then Village Sculpture pays the return shipping fee.

Sales and Coupons: Village  Sculpture can only honor one coupon at a time. During a storewide sale a customer can use one coupon for a further discount. Two coupons cannot be used for the same order.

Reserving a Sculpture: All of our sculptures are one of a kind pieces. Once a piece is sold it is usually gone forever. If you are interested in buying a piece but do not want someone else to buy it while you thinking about the purchase, you can reserve the piece for up to 2 weeks.
