Shipping: Most sculptures will be shipped within 24 hours of the order if ordered before 2 PM, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.Sculpture Village uses UPS to ship products weighing up to 150 pounds when fully packed. Exceptions to this rule are larger statues that need a crate or extra packaging to ensure they arrive safely. For items over 150 pounds, we use an assortment of freight companies including Roadrunner Transport and Local Carriers. We also ship on weekends.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for packages under 150 pounds when packed are shipped using UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout by the total size and weight of the items being shipped, as well as by the distance from our store in Danang, Vietnam. UPS: UPS standard ground shipping takes 1-7 business days for delivery. We offer 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day air service from UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless specified in the “Special Instructions for Shipping” box during checkout. $12.50 will be manually added to your order for Saturday deliveries.

Freight Shipping:  All statues that weigh over 150 pounds after they are packed will be shipped using a freight carrier which is either Local Carriers.  You can get a a freight shipping quote by clicking the CALCULATE SHIPPING TIME & PRICE link beneath to the Add To Cart button.  During the ordering process, the freight shipping price will automatically be calculated in the price of the statue.

If a combination of statues is purchased that weighs over 150 pounds shipping be automatically calculated and sent via a freight carrier.  You can always email us at stonesculpturevillage@gmail.com for any shipping quote.

For all our heavy large statues we build a custom crate for the sculpture so that it is packed safely for the journey.  The crate is made using a pallet so that it can be easily moved during the shipping process.  We build a crate around the statue on the pallet and then brace the statue inside using 2x4s so the sculpture does not shift during its journey.

We do not charge anything for crating the sculpture.  We pass on the exact shipping charges to you that we are charged by the shipping company.

The freight delivery charges include insurance, a residential, lift gate delivery to your home.  For all residential deliveries the shipping company will contact you prior to delivery to set up a day and time frame where you will be home for delivery.

We ask you to please look over the crate when the delivery is made and note if there is any damage to the crate on the delivery receipt you are given by the driver. If there is damage to the freight and nothing is noted on the delivery receipt then we are unable to file an insurance claim.

If the delivery driveway has any obstacles that would prevent the truck from making the delivery, such as a narrow or dirt/gravel driveway, overhanging trees, or just not enough space for a truck, please let us know before we ship. We should be able to find a suitable freight company before shipping the freight that can handle the obstacles. If the freight company is not able to deliver the statue because of any of these circumstances and we were not notified beforehand, then the customer must bear the charges of the redelivery expenses.

Freight companies do not deliver any freight to the inside of your home. They will deliver the crate to your driveway and then move it anywhere within reason in your driveway. If you require delivery to your garage please let me know so we can make arrangements.

Upon Delivery: Please be sure to check over the crate for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. It is very important because freight companies do not honor insurance claims if you do not note any irregularities when accepting the delivery. If you notice anything out of the ordinary (a hole or scratch on the crate, one side being crushed, really anything) please note it on the delivery receipt. In the unlikely scenario the crate arrives damaged and you can see the statue is damaged inside, please refuse the freight. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with the freight delivery.

Freight Unpacking & Installation: Sculpture Village and the Local freight company making the delivery are not responsible for unpacking the statue and placing it in your home or yard. We recommend speaking with your:
1. General Contractor if you are working with one
2. Your landscaper as they are used to moving around heavy objects and have the manpower and know how to do these jobs.
3. Or hiring day laborers to help you with the install. Most statues can be moved with some extra manpower and a dolly or hand truck.

Tracking Numbers: Once your order has been picked up by either UPS, Local Carriers we will email you a tracking number.

Packing: We take utmost care in shipping and packing each sculpture. It is extremely important to us that each sculpture arrives whole and undamaged. We use  corrugated cardboard boxes for all UPS deliveries. Foam packing is a state-of-the-art packaging method that molds to the exact contours of each individual sculpture giving complete protection.

For all freight deliveries, a custom wooden box is built to fit individual sculpture dimensions. Wooden braces are used to make sure that the piece does not move in the box during the shipping process. Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price for both UPS and Freight delivery charges.

Insurance: Sculpture Village packs each sculpture with great care and ships each package with full insurance.  If there is any damage to a sculpture please notify us immediately.  Save all the packaging materials.

Damage: We take utmost care to insure that a sculpture is not damaged in shipping by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly a sculpture is packed, the journey from our store to your home is out of our hands. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify Sculpture Village within 48 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken.

Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company.  Without it, we will not be able to make a claim with UPS as they require all the original packing materials.

In the event of a piece arriving damaged Sculpture Village will pay for the return shipping and you will not be charged any service charges.
